1. Overview
Welcome to Selano, a platform connecting customers with service providers for event-related services such as venues, makeup, catering, henna, flowers, gifts, and more. By using Selano’s website or mobile app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
2. Our Role
Selano acts solely as a connection platform between customers and independent service providers. We do not own, manage, or operate any services listed. Each vendor is solely responsible for their offerings and service quality.
3. Vendors and Verification
Selano allows both verified and unverified vendors to list their services. Verified vendors are businesses with valid Commercial Registration (CR) in Bahrain. Unverified or non-CR vendors are independent providers not registered by the government. Selano is not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from interactions with unverified vendors.
4. Usage During Soft Launch
During the soft launch phase, Selano is free to use. Browsing does not require an account, and no in-app payments are processed. All arrangements between users and vendors occur outside the app.
5. Future Features
Selano may introduce account creation, payment gateways, and verified booking management in the future. Updated terms will be published accordingly.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the platform for legitimate purposes, respect others’ privacy, and not post false or harmful content. Selano may remove listings that violate these rules.
7. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must ensure their listings are accurate and comply with Bahraini regulations. Selano is not a party to any agreement between customers and vendors.
8. Limitation of Liability
Selano provides the platform “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages or disputes resulting from the use of the platform or vendor interactions.
9. Intellectual Property
Selano’s logos and content are owned by Selano W.L.L. Vendors retain rights to their uploaded materials.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes will be handled under Bahraini jurisdiction.

Disclaimer
Selano permits verified and unverified vendors to enlist their services. Verified vendors are businesses with valid Commercial Registration (CR) duly registered under the laws of Bahrain. Unverified or non-CR vendors are independent providers that are not yet registered before the government. To ensure smooth user experience and in line with the Customer’s right to be informed, Selano highlights whether a Vendor is registered or unregistered. Selano expressly disclaims any implied warranties, issues or disputes arising from or in connection with unverified vendors. Selano shall not be liable for any claims in respect of or which directly or indirectly arises in connection with unverified vendors.
